1. Introduction and Acceptance

This process requires submission of a government-issued identity document (such as a MyKad for Malaysian nationals) and may include a live selfie verification. cuci666 will not process any withdrawal request from an account that has not completed KYC verification. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 years of age will be immediately terminated and any deposits refunded, subject to deduction of any bonuses utilised.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) cuci666 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. cuci666 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to confiscate any balances held therein where multiple accounts are detected.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly in the event of any change. cuci666 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposits

cuci666 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time, which currently include FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit amount is RM 20. All deposits are credited to your cuci666 wallet promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. cuci666 does not apply currency conversion surcharges on MYR deposits.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by verified account holders (KYC completed). Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposits where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. cuci666 targets processing of all verified withdrawal requests within 30 minutes; however, processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional security verification is required. cuci666 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding RM 20,000.

4.3 Chargebacks and Reversals

Any attempt to reverse, charge back, or dispute a deposit transaction through your bank or payment provider, where no genuine error on the part of cuci666 has occurred, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. cuci666 reserves the right to suspend your account, recover any winnings derived from the disputed funds, and pursue recovery through all available legal channels in such circumstances.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

cuci666 is committed to full compliance with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") regulations. We reserve the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any account, to delay the processing of any transaction pending completion of AML checks, and to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by law. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited to your cuci666 account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

cuci666 offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time.
